3.1 Orders and Payments

Merchandise (including T-shirts, hoodies, baseball caps, and handmade Mbira instruments) is available for purchase on the website.
Payments are processed securely through PayFast and Paypal.
All transactions are final once the order is confirmed.

3.2 Refunds & Returns Policy

Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items.
Customers must notify info@simbaci.com within 7 days of receiving their order for refund eligibility.
Merchandise must be returned in original condition before a refund is processed.

4. Community Engagement & Fan Interactions

Users can subscribe to the email list for exclusive updates on music, merchandise, and events.
Comments, reviews, and interactions must be respectful. Any content deemed offensive, defamatory, or abusive will be removed.
